Party Package & Procedures

For Christenings

(Based on a 2 hour function)    (Minutes – approx time for each activity)

• Meet & Greet everyone / Mix & Mingle with the crowd. “ Grand Entrance “

    (Stamp kids hands whilst saying hello).  5 – 10 minutes

• Play Games & Races according to children’s age. This also depends on the area provided. ie- Musical Chairs or
dancing games, Simon Says, sack races, tug-a-war, bubble blowing  etc..  (All equipment supplied)  30 minutes

• Face or Hand Painting / tattoos are an alternative.  Music is played, and Clown can also run a colour-in-competition.  Children can sit and watch  face painting or colour in. 30 minutes

• Pass the Parcel game – where each child in turn reveals a message from the parcel so that all the children can do a little activity, i.e. pull a funny face, act like a chicken etc etc, lollypops & prizes are included for each child.  15 - 20 minutes

• Magic Tricks in which the children can participate in. (Depending on age and size of group)

• A Music player is provided with music to suit children’s age. (You can request special music)

• The Clown, gives the Christening child a present & card. It’s a good idea to  

          take photos of the clown with the children and your child for keepsake.  5 – 10 minutes

• Balloon Sculpting is performed towards the end of the function for each child, Bubble blowing can also be performed before leaving.     30 minutes

• The clown for the whole 2 hours entertains children & parents alike.

• At the conclusion of function the Clown farewell’s everyone as its time to go back to Clownland.

Extra’s Available:  

    * Are assorted Piñata’s filled with candy

    * Lolly and toy loot bags

    * Lolly and toy boxes with the child’s photo on it (email office for copy of lolly box contents picture).
